If you want to know why price is dropping GO TO EDGAR SITE and pull up the latest filing which registers a REG D Placement. IT was a reset with NO FLOOR !!! These investors can sell the stock down and still pick up their 20%. Go read the filing then call the company and ask them Why the would do something like this. Plus take a look at a price chart vs when they did this financing and when it was eligible to be sold
