Human women in times past have sacrificed their young when
some defect in the one jeopardized the lives of the rest.

I understand that some Palenstinian woman are encouraging their sons to become suicide bombers. IMO, that's not far off killing them yourself. I fail to understand what would make a mother encourage her son to kill himself, even if he is taking enemies with him.
