HONG KONG (Dow Jones)--Hutchison Global Crossing, a 50-50 joint venture between Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. (H.HUW) and Global Crossing Ltd. (GX) said Monday it will achieve positive cash flow in the third quarter.

Spokeswoman Sally Tsang said that the joint venture would post positive earnings before interest, tax, depriciation and amortization in the three months ending Sept. 30 but declined to provide further details.
