<g> Paul Volker was notorious for "Fed Speak" too.

The more cryptic, abstruse, and recondite the better.

Keeps "the coppertops" sound asleep in the power
plant.<LOL>

BTW, good stuff today from both you and Frank.

Been jumping between working on some house and yard projects to reading some lengthy but important research compiled by an Australian scientist.

Beginning with a routine investigation of an anomalous meteor even on 5/28/93 in western Australia, geologist Harry Mason uncovered a series of such events that led to a massive trail of evidence revealing competitive testing programs by the US and Russia/Japan to perfect an enormously powerful plasma energy weapon system.

Both nations have conducted increasingly frequent secret tests of the quite versatile applications of this advanced weapons technology for at least 10 years, largely in unpopulated areas of western Australia.

The conceptual foundation for this technology was developed by genius inventor Nikola Tesla, who died in 1943. Much of his work was so far in advance of his time that it was simply ignored by the scientific community until the 1960s! IMO, this was in part due to the fact that nature of Tesla's theories and devices began and led in a direction radically different direction from the predominantly nuclear oriented research favored by the majority of the scientific community in the 20th century.

It would appear that contrary opinion has once again proved the maverick had the superior concept and the majority did not!<G>

All indications that can be pieced together from facts, first hand research and analysis (once we disregard the typical press spin and government cover stories<g>) indicate a much larger and more flexible range of applications for this technology than can be had from nuclear weapons.
