Hong Kong's Pacific Century CyberWorks named Malcolm Turnbull a nonexecutive director of Reach, the international connectivity company jointly owned by PCCW and Australia's Telstra.
Mr. Turnbull is currently chairman and managing director of Goldman Sachs in Australia, both positions from which he plans to retire in November.

Jin Zhiguo Becomes
Tsingtao's GM
Hong Kong-listed Tsingtao Brewery appointed Jin Zhiguo general manager. He succeeds Peng Zuo Yi, who died July 31.
Mr. Jin, who joined Tsingtao in 1975, previously headed its brewery in Xi'an.

Three for Partnership
Egon Zehnder International, a global management-consulting firm, elected three individuals from its Asian offices to the firm's global partnership. Y.L. Huang, based in Singapore, is head of the management appraisal practice for Asia. Johannes Wardhana is office leader for Egon Zehnder International in Jakarta. Hillary Wood-Chan leads the Asia Pacific consumer practice group, based in Hong Kong.

Join Bennett's Team
Bennett Associates, a Hong Kong-based executive-search consultancy, appointed two senior consultants in Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Bryan Lockyer was named senior consultant for the information-technology practice. He has worked for major information-technology recruitment firms in Hong Kong and New Zealand.
Foo Kok Yee was named head of the information technology and banking practice for Asean. Mr. Foo was most recently involved in the recruitment of senior technology specialists for Citibank Malaysia.

To Key Positions
Templar International Consultants, an executive-search firm, appointed Duncan Cunningham director for the Hong Kong office. Mr. Cunningham was formerly country manager, management services, for TMP Worldwide.
Christopher Frederick was named a principal and will focus on the development of a technology consulting practice. He joins Templar from the Connected Group.
