Looks like a 25% premium for Cpq.stock. Michael's prediction of one less top tier puter company comes true.
Dell should pick up some more market share during the absorption, which may go just as smooth as when Cpq bgt Tandem or Digital. But this will be different, accretive to both companies, enhancing combined value, more efficient management, - we have learned so much since the old days
