This discrimination is very apparent in Israel judicial and legislative systems.


How? Arab citizens of Israel (20% of the population) have equality under the law, the right to vote, MKs in the Knesset and ministers in the Cabinet -- yes, even in Sharon's cabinet. The only legislative difference is that Arab citizens are not drafted into the army. There is de facto discrimination, but not de jure.

It is legal in Israel for Jews to sell land to Arabs. In Arafat's PA, on the other hand, selling land to a Jew is a crime punishable by death.
