Mike, please, you appear to be spoiling for a fight, and my somewhat tart use of the language seems to rub your fir the wrong way. If you would care to give me constructive and meaningful feedback with intent to be helpful, please take it to PM. Otherwise on this thread let's you and I stick to the topic rather than ways to manufacture insult from how things are presented. Particularly where none is intended. If I mean to insult you then it will be clear and obvious. I think there are things we could learn from each other. As difficult as that process may feel at the outset.
