I just received a call from a West-coast broker who reminded me that ULBI has yet to produce solid polymer in volume and appears to lag VLNC in both production capability and timing. He likened ULBI's approach to what VLNC did 4 1/2 years ago-- to accept a contract and then work out the production details. I can't fault their approach since it is a common practice. It does, however, illustrate some differences between the two companies. I believe VLNC's careful, low profile approach deserves respect. I hope you were able to acquire more on the dip!
