Did you watch the Little League World Series championship game? The Japanese won, and at the end the kids all ran out to center field where there was a bust of a man, and they kneeled down in gratitude to it. I don't know who the bust was, but I would like to find out. Some cultures, when isolated, will indulge in rituals that are best practiced in hiding from the light of day, like cannibalism in New Guinea.
