You are assuming many things. Unfortunately, in mathematics you are expected to make your assumptions explicit before declaring that "the math is relentless". You are also not allowed to cite one example and claim to have proven anything (unless it is a counterexample).

I can tell that you have some intelligent things to say that are definitely worth discussing. As Mike pointed out, however, your somewhat confrontational style of communication is obscuring your message. This is likely a result of your experience on other boards, which encourage and reward such behavior. Here, we pride ourselves on our ability to openly share ideas in a collegial rather than confrontational environment.

That said, I think it would behoove us all if you would clearly explain to us in a manner befitting this forum why you believe that it is better in all cases to sell if you think a stock will go down.
