Since he expects the dow to lead the way to new highs, todays rally in the face of new m&a activity may have some meaning. Could this be the kickoff? I didnt think you would ever get that crash scenario of yours to happen for similar reasons that chips didnt need to go(i hope) to their old(cary) valuation levels from the last cycle lows. Although the bubble burst, perhaps it will be a bit different this time. mike
PS Perfect weather over labor day weekend in the east, and a lot of brighter faces this morning than one would expect. Many folks on wall st. are very happy the summer is over.
