Re: I tend to be in favor of environmental restrictions. However, I find it strange that environmental groups are supporting the tariff.

I tend toward the same view on controlling our worst rape & pillage instincts. But I do not find it strange in the least that the environmental groups would favor the tariff. The tariff is merely one means to slow down the exploitation of the resource.
