So Aus, should SanDisk or should they not take a 20%+ position in Tower?

Before you answer the question, you should try and understand why I think TOWER SEMICONDUCTOR (TSEM), from the perspective of an investment, is an incredible BUY at this time. The information is out there if you are willing to look. After one inspects it, they may truly step back and claim that Tower's current extremely low price is simply flabbergasting.
