Phil - my understanding is that the shares were sold in 100K increments in June of 2000 to the five new directors appointed to the BOD at the 2000 AGM , in line with their stated intention to take a significant equity stake in the company. $1.50 was market at the time. CJ was , to say the least , a little late in getting around to his filing. Regards.
