all...sec filing this afternoon .....dont know how to cut and paste...sorry......but it says that ncci is buying an entertainment company/concerts( NEW AVALON) on the west coast for 7 million dollars in cash or a stock deal......not sure if its been decided yet....looks like the three owners of the business New Avalon are coming with ncci.....and their compensation or sale of the business will be tide to certain preset projections but 7 million looks like the figure........Letter of Intent.....gotta go..cmg
