elmatador: Suggest that the sea change will happen in 2002. Europe dead in the water. Asia (and the world where competition lives) will sail forward with CDMA 2000.

Then onward and upward for CDMA 2000 ! (With Nokia riding the wave based on its lab test of its chips - well, better late than never - perhaps <G>)

(But then there is always the fall back of Korean phones ((disassempled going into China - and quiet now, using Q chips)))

All is fun, except for those who think Nokia has a chance at 40% market share. Suggest those who do, beware.

Best.
