GV: I don't understand your statement. Where in their GAAP earnings do they show depreciation & ammortization? I don't see any D&A anywhere in any of the lines, except in precisely the same amounts that have been excluded from all of the last few pro-forma earnings. So either they have no assets that are depreciating, or they lump them all in somehow as acquisition related. Or maybe I'm missing something. John
