Hi Rashid,

I flipped QLGC long earlier today (+1.75), and am waiting to see if 31 will be resistance - looks pretty hard to break today. The APR low is also the major resistance from 1H '99 as QLGC was heading up, so a good support now. If that went .... 14, 12 and 8 come into play.

I'll probably join you today or later this week when I assess what really is happening this week. Expect some initial rallying but not yet ready to quit looking for lower levels.
