Well...we all root for our teams good or bad unless we're fair weather fans. I see the falcons in a tougher spot then the packers for the following reasons. Chandler is very fragile and there is nobody to come in and save him when he gets hurt - and he will get hurt. Vick could be great but he's a rookie and will face some tough times before he is ready to take the helm. I like your two wide-outs in mathis and martin which if coupled with production from Anderson could take some pressure off of Chandler. The defense is weak (even worse then the packers). So....while I think longer term they may be ok I think this is yet another tough year on Atlanta. The year they went to the Superbowl was an anomaly IMO. Now with an older more fragile chandler and Anderson I can't see the team winning more than 6 games. I like the Falcons and I like Chris Chandler. The guy has huge balls to stand back there and take the punishment he has over the past couple years. But I fear one of these times he is going to get hurt really bad. He is not Brett Favre - he can't take the hits Favre can. Although Few QB's can! I'm convinced Favre is a linebacker playing QB at times. No, he's not Joe Montana but he sure is fun to watch.
