What volatility? It's in a downtrend. Only two well defined downchannels covering between them all of the last twelve months. You can verify this with a chart. Notice how the price starts at the top left and finishes at the bottom right.

And what's this about MM manipulation. This stock is on the NASDaq which is a computerised system showing everyone's bid and ask. Place a limit order between the bid and ask with your online broker and watch the quotes update immediately on your screen. The bid and ask are not controlled by some mysterious MM!

Sure there is some artificial selling and buying pressure created from time to time in various stocks. This is normally evidenced by gaps created in pre market, which contimue into the first few mins of normal trading hours, then result in a u turn and a close the other side of the pre market move. I haven't noticed such a pattern of trading with SUNW.

In fact, the decline of SUNW has been very orderly as I noted here with surprise when it was 17 and change a few weeks ago, and got accused of having some shorts/puts to cover/sell. After such a prolonged and orderly decline, you can expect a final shakeout at some point in the future. This will not be orderly and may more accurately be described as PANIC. It is during this time that people who need the money for retirement or living expenses will sell. That phase may result in SUNW being cut in half from current levels.
