SEPT 4 INDEX UPDATE
-------------------------------
Short-term technical readings:
DOW - lower midrange
SPX - oversold region
OEX - oversold region
NAZ - borderline CLASS 1 BUY
NDX - borderline CLASS 1 BUY
SOX - borderline CLASS 1 BUY
VIX - 29.83 intraday high, overbought region(inverse to market)
NAZ NET NEW HIGHs-LOWs = 83

The DOW was up over 200 points and lost more than 75% of its intraday's gains, and the NAZ/NDX closed negative. Just not much sign of strength right now.

For now the 3-BLACK CROWs are still intact, and it appears that it showed its effects today with the overall market giving back the majority of its intraday's gains.

If the NAZ/NDX goes negative and closes near/at the lows, then I will a firm CLASS 1 BUY signal with the WINDOW until THUR's lows. Im not so keen about going long right now on my CLASS 1 BUY signal, unless I get CLASS 1 BUYs in all the major indices.

Not much to say besides that the market looks negative. Im not saying that the market continues down tomorrow or bounces, I dont know, but I feel confident to say that being long right now has high risks, so unless one is nimble I would be cautious being long.
