The Clinton posts point out an obvious coincidence which is hard to ignore. These are facts.

Condit's actions certainly give rise to the suspiscion that Condit did indeed have something to do with Levy's disappearance. In any event, you stated yourself the reference was implied.

I must have missed CK's post but a referecne to hanging is not a direct accusation of specific criminal behavior. As has alleged specific criminal behavior which is totally unsupported by and facts and which has been shown to be directly contrary to the actual state of events. That's a big difference and its why it rises to the level of defamation.
