Looks like even the short traders are sitting on their hands at present.

The slow August month looks to me as if most, if not all, information is being kept within the walls at INSP and no leaks are taking place.

Again, I would have to think that INSP is working very hard to keep everything in-line until the threat of class action is over (My belief is that INSP will have to fight/settle at some point and the case will not be just dropped).

I have to qualify that opinion is based solely on the fact that there were several employee lawsuits, several employees laid off, and several employees severed. These events took place well before the class action filing. All this leads me to believe the plaintiff attorneys were able to put together a good list of lead plaintiff's and material witnesses with just enough information to have the lawsuit certified as a class action. (This further supposes that either the information known to them could either support the fact INSP/Jain was guilty of alleged actions OR that the information can be used to represent the allegations of same have merit enough to proceed forward into the discovery stage of such lawsuits.

I know nothing of the actual charges and/or the companies actions so I am not basing my opinion on any hard facts.
