Robert, re: I can see the benefit for HWP, but I thought CPQ was in a stronger position (that is not indicated by the premium offered). Someone on one of the threads mentioned that it was interesting that the premium HWP offered for CPQ was 19%, and HWP declined 19% today. I didn't check the math, but it sounds pretty close. John
