When Cisco actually did cross my radar screen (97 if you can believe my ignorance) my valuation methodologies indicated it was priced fairly for the risk and gain. So I didn't buy it (I was looking for undervalued stocks, not fairly valued ones. Buffet says it's better to buy great companies at a good price rather than good companies at a great price.
