Hokay. Got it.

Low taxes meet the necessary part with very little evil. High and complex taxes that dig themselves in to all
aspects of life, cost a large fraction of our income and require a large amount of paperwork aren't necessary and
the evil begins to become noticeable, still perhaps not a great evil, but a noticeable one.
You're describing our current situation.
