Calc, Appalling Aus…pathetic actually. re: additional investment in TSEM I only questioned why SanDisk would exercise at the price negotiated given the current market price of TSEM. You mention both an "option" and an "obligation" to invest. If it is an option, than it is a no-brainer. Sorry that you took offense to that statement. Aus
