I'm not sure another rate cut will do it. Lately, they seem to reinforce the negativity. What we really need is the Fed to say "things look peachy, we ain't gonna cut this month".....yeah right, at this point, I think we go to 0% interest rates if that is the criteria to cease the rate cuts.

Next fed meeting is Oct 2, so this wouldn't be a bad time for a surprise rate cut.
