Good day folks, tomorrow INSP will announce it is selling off a part of it's Voice Recognition division (Locus Dialog) back to it's original investors.
Think what you may, but that's what's going to be announced.

Now Look at Quaterly Report.

Mon Aug 13 INSP INFOSPACE INC - Quarterly Report (SEC form 10-Q) - EDGAR Online

h t t p ://biz. yahoo. com/e/010813/insp.html

"On July 1, 2001, we sold certain operating assets and other rights relating to the Liaison enterprise solution business for $2.75 million. We acquired the Liaison
enterprise solution business as part of the acquisition of Locus Dialog in January 2001. The operating assets included certain distribution contracts,
the assembled Liaison workforce, the Locus Dialog trademarks, the enterprise solution inventory and certain fixed assets. In addition, we entered into a License
Agreement pursuant to which the buyer is licensing to the Liaison and SoftDialogue software from us."

ie - 1) Locus Dialog exists but no longer part of Infospace. (Locus Dialog trademarks sold)
2) Locus Dialog uses InfoSpace Voice Recognition technology (SoftDialogue). It remains InfoSpace Property

Seems that the enterprise solution was not part of INSP core business !

Certainly why no longer any mention of Locus being a subsidiary of Infospace.
