I have merely been defending the general right to collect taxes. Things like making evasion a criminal offense, requiring compliance with audits, and the like might be specific examples of laws pursuant to that end........ Evasion of what? Compliance with what kind of audit, there are several kinds. No reasonable person should be forced to accept vague definitions when the bargaining power is so unequal. Evasion is a term, compliance is a tool. You have not stated one enforcable obligation that the government is duly constituted to enforce.
