(NASDAQ:CELL) announced today that Brightpoint North America L.P. has entered into an agreement to provide integrated logistics services on an exclusive basis for TeleCorp Communications, Inc. Brightpoint will provide a variety of integrated services for TeleCorp, including packaging and inventory maintenance, management and distribution to TeleCorp's agents, dealers, retail stores and subscribers. TeleCorp (NASDAQ:TLCP) is AT&T Wireless' largest affiliate with licenses covering approximately 37 million people from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico.
