Gephardt said in Iowa about a month and a half ago that when he get's the opportunity to raise taxes, it will be the right thing to do.

Dream about it Phil. Until Bush came along in 2000 the Democrats denied that cutting taxes would stimulate the economy. Then when Bush was elected they stated that Bush's tax cut would stimulate the economy too much. Huh, I thought they just said (last year) it wouldn't stimulate the economy at all. Now you guys want to take credit for the rebate, fine be my guest. But, here's what intelligent people could have done had there been no rebate with the tax cut, they could have reduced their withholdings, get it!
