To spur techs growth, the House and Senate must reaffirm the Telecom Act 1996. The PC's era was started in '80s and telecom in latter part '90s after '96. Telecom was the cash cow for all other tech industries. This month is a crucial month for broadband. House and Senate will be voting on broadband bill.
