I will say a ML downgrade of a sector in most times is a Bullish thing. I remember dec 98 when ML downgraded NOK/ERICY right before they started to take off. I think the NAPM and other numbers are saying we have stabilized, I still believe construction/RE needs the woodshed before this is done. I do think that certain tech has already bottomed. I have been hearing EMC will warn so this could be the last catalyst for capitulation.
