Basically he is saying the demand is still not there, and it won't pick up sufficiently enough until there are more dead bodies on the floor. We all know it has to happen, but it's still an ugly scenario to watch playing out. It just seems like Chambers is saying there is limitation on the size of the "pie" and right now there are too many slices. We need more pie. <g>
