<There's still no OFFICIAL word on that plants line certification.> John, for what its worth, I remember it was only about 8 months ago that a knowledgeable broker stated "They have finally admitted that they are in the battery business!"

I am confident they intend on putting their new hires to work and that the joint venture partners have done relevant investigations before building plants and ordering production equipment! I still concur with Don Wolanchuk - to "accumulate as best you can under $10...."
