If the Dow will be at 7,500 in October then the market is not oversold now, at almost 10,000. For the market to be at 7,500 it will need to go down a bit more over the next week.

I forgot to mention my biggest short position, Micron(MU). It represents 50% of my portfolio, which is certainly unprecidented. I am hoping it will go back up to $40 so I can put my entire portfolio into that one lame stock.

It will lose as much as 55 cents per share, this quarter alone! It is a true miracle that Fidelity and some other major holders a able to hold it over $15. I predict the share price will be $6.50 within 13 months from now. It will probably lose money every quarter for the next two years. That is why, at $35, Micron is very safe to short-sell.
