I remember that one well. I think it was Sir Walter Raleigh. Remember the old joke where somone calls a drug store or tobacco store and asks, "Do you have Sir Walter Raleigh in a can?" When they respond, "Yes," you then say, "Well, let him out!!" I think I heard that from my parents. Then there was the cigar ad for William Penn:

Somehow I can't see the Generation Xers in cigar bars smoking William Penn's, can you? Or Hav-a-Tampas, with the built in cigar holder, which I used to smoke in my youth.
