Elizabeth, the news release said, "the Company owed to Crystallex the sum of $23,737,866, bearing interest at the Bank's prime lending rate plus 2%."

How is this KRY's debt, and how can you look at it as a negative balance sheet item when it's secured by ECM's interest in the property?
