This is Chambers' new theme since he doesn't have much to say about Cisco: Our competitors are going out of business. It worked to hurt Juniper, so he's broadening his attack.

If you can't make yourself stronger, do whatever you can to disadvantage your rivals' reputations and their capitalizations. Not a bad strategy.
