if verizon..the largest carrier in US finds that INSP can deliver services at lower marginal cost than they can offer inhouse, you can be sure that the smaller carriers will not find a less expensive inhouse solution

major fundamentals:

1)lowest cost structure per subscriber to deliver services, sms...wap..gprs..itv..wireline
2) insp has a patented billing system which attributes ad revenues to be split between insp and carriers...this is very complex system
3) Insp has the paperless promos patents

If i3 was the competition, vz would just buy i3 for 60mm and be done with insp...
