Sun Tzu,

No offense meant but your MANU trade is just classic. Congrats.

But just consider the flip side? On pure speculation, You borrowed someone's shares sold them for $25 in a strong arm short driven tech selloff, aided by the Greenspan slowed economy. Now you have $18 cash, which you turn around and "invest" in the company at $7.25 . Did you buy 2.5 times the number of shares you shorted?

What a game. Sell it all off, apply pressure from borrowed shares, then take the profits and invest in the same company, buying from the remaining forced out or panicked investors.

Again. No offense. Good trading.
