First, like the name.

Sell-in is that Intel sells a bunch of microprocessors to PC manufacturing companies. The PC companies use them to make PC's and ship them to retailers or distributors. End users either buy these PC's, or they don't. That's the sell through. Edelstone is implying that Intel will have a bump in sales, but then there will be a bunch of inventory in the channels that won't sell, so Intel's orders will go down.

But anything slightly positive from Edelstone is like getting an Academy Award. Good news, thanks.
