That is correct, Cox does not "support" NT.

All that means is that they won't answer your dumb questions - you are on your own. My experience, though, is that they are actually very cooperative about things that they don't "support". (The installer helped me configure Eudora, which they don't support.)

@Home is *compatible* with NT, Linux, or any OS that has a TCP/IP stack. They use fixed IP addressing, though DHCP is available as an installation convenience. If you use DHCP, you only need to know your assigned node name.
