Not sure what you mean "the church is control, control, controol". How do they do that? In what way? Again, I don't regularly go to church, but when I have the message was positive. My impression is that they want to grow their congregations like most all orginazitions do, but again, the message is positive. Loving the neighbor, not stealing or lying, treat others as you would like to be treated, etc. It seems to me that if the world went by these principals it would be a much better place whatever the inspiration for attaining these principals. The morals of many in America as exemplified by our last president do much more harm imo by encouraging everyone to do whatever the hell the please as long as it feels good. Sorry I mistook your for a left winger in my earlier post. When religion is slammed on this thread it frequently comes from the left for some reason.
