Hi Elmat, this definition of bottom is very acceptable. We may also define "bottom" entirely on the basis of "mood" and "psychology". Mood is still very upbeat. People I know who had just been laid off at Reuters are taking their 12-24 months pay and going on long vacation. I know folks who want to and are volunteering, but have been turned down for company early retirement program. I know another corporate employee shopping for vacation property on the coast of England even as the company will announce major restructuring plan result within the next 4 months. The mood is positively fantastic and amazingly strong. Just look at the DOW. Chugs, Jay
