Peter ,here is what is being said" the telecom companies will be flat to down 5%, wireless com will be flat to up 5% computers and servers flat untill the second have of 02.So end demand is going to be flat or down 5% for the next year.Inventories are reduce 40% so far and most likely the rest will be wrote off.
Ok what about the demand for out sourcing ? From what we know it is still on fire according to Jim Savage, 2 weeks ago he said "that Jabil pick up 5 new customers".So with flat end demand over all segments of electronics ,the economy starting to grow barely the question is can the ecms grow through new outsorcing alone. That remains to be the question because nothing really has changed except the oem's aren't reducing by 15-20% a quarter. What do you see?Jmho ski
