I'd say look to international for DSL growth now. Korea has set the standard for wiring their country - I think Japan is expected to ramp up a lot from now. The US RBOCs are too concerned with lowering CapEx to spend a ton on DSL equipment. I think their spending growth on DSL equipment probably peaked over the last 12 months, and they'll spend less from here on out.

Of course, I could be wrong for the first time!
