The new regulation is actually beneficial. Most brokers will now offer 4x margin instead of 2x. Also, one can make just as much on 1 trade a day vs. 15 trades a day. If you figure the market may bottom in October.... the new regulation starting 9/28/01 is not too bad if you look at it optimistically. CTHD
